Graff Dracula

2 pork or beef steaks
2 tbsp garlic butter (opt, butter or marg is ok)
½ pint heavy cream
1 ½ bulbs medium garlic
garlic butter
garlic salt
½ tsp flour

Round steak with meat pounder
Rub steak with pepper and garlic salt
Melt 2 tbsp of garlic butter
Fry steaks in butter until desired fondness
Remove steaks and place on plate, make
	sure you have only 2 tbsp of fat in the frying pan, drain if necessary
Add ½ tsp flour into fat, mix well
Gradually add ½ pint of heavy cream
Add a generous amount of garlic powder and pepper
Add approx ½ tsp garlic salt or to task
Bring to boil and let thicken
Add crushed garlic
Taste and usually add more pepper and powder to taste.
Re-add steak to warm up
Serve with pepper on top
Serves 2 people.
